May meeting: Saturday 2 May 2015

Share & enjoy revisited

Open mic sessions are popular in poetry, music and comedy events. So earlier this year we tried the format for our exploration of religious thinking. It was a great success.

We're doing it again this coming Saturday. Anyone with something to discuss, perhaps triggered by the magazine Sofia, or some other stimulus, is invited to bring it along, share it and invite responses.

There's no theme, no restrictions on what we can cover. We can listen to audio recording, watch a video, or just listen as someone reads aloud or introduces an idea.

We'll work out the running order before we start, just to avoid anarchy. After that, anything goes. Be ready to be stimulated.

Everyone welcome - existing fans, newcomers and the simply curious.

The Garden Room at Great Meeting Chapel on Saturday 2 May 2.30 - 4.30 pm

Doors open, with drinks available, from 2.00.

The chapel is at 5 East Bond Street, Leicester, LE1 4SX (just across the road from John Lewis). There is a small (free) car park. A donation of £3 per person covers room hire and other costs.

For more information, use the contact details on the right. We're very friendly.
